Hello,
When having a Phoenix Smart 12/xxx connected to a Cerbo GX. Having the hardware switch on the Phoenix Smart 12/xxx set to ON (or ECO). Then setting the Phoenix Smart 12/xxx to OFF using the Cerbo GX GUI (GX touchscreen).
Now, when you remove the power from the Phoenix Smart 12/xxx and then turn the power back on. The Phoenix will go to it's hardware-switch state. Which is ON, which is using about 40-50Watt power.
It happened me a few times that there was a power outtage.. the power came back and a few days layer the battery was flat... all because the Phoenix thought it was neccessary to go to ON state.
So, you would say: Then put the hardware switch OFF. Well, when you put the Hardware switch OFF, you can not control it anymore from the Cerbo GX.
So a solution should be: When the Phoenix is set to ON or ECO with the hardware switch and a state is set from the Cerbo. Let it remember it's state which is set from the Cerbo. I am sure this will happen to you sometime... and then it drains the battery.. Another solution would be that when setting the hardware switch to OFF, then you should still be able to control it from the Cerbo GX, but that's probably not possible (because of hardware/pcb design) and it might be a risk. When doing maintenance and see the switch is OFF, it could be still turned on...
