Hello I got a SmartSolar !00/20 but when I try to enter pin 000000 dont work, then I tried many times to rest the pin whit the PUK code. I tried many time many combination (8 or B, 1 or I etc) but I got puk code not valid anytime. I don't know what to do I attack image whit all the code ok!!! Thanks
I add I tried many time to disintall the app, clar all etc.. I never got successufully connected
I would interpret the PUK as 18069F2CB883.
The last one could also be a B.
Not sure but I think the PUK only can have the numbers 0-9 and letters A-F (hexadecimal).
Your seller or Victron Distributor should be able to help you with that.

Have you tried a different smart device with the VIctron Connect app.
The combination of B and 8 makes this puk very hard to read. I will report this.
The correct puk has a B at the end not a 3
