Bluetooth issues on Multiplus

My Multiplus 12v 3000 120 does not appear on my victron connect app after installing the VE Bus dongle. How do I get the inverter to show on my app to then connect?

VictronConnect should have the correct permissions (Location or Nearby Devices, depending on the Android version, Bluetooth on iOS/MacOS) and Bluetooth should be on. Bluetooth also only works on iOS, macOS and Android, NOT under windows. When the Smart dongle is correctly connected and powered, it should show up.
