Hello ,if I have one installation .for example
24/1200 phoenix, 100/30 blue solar mppt
Ande 2 batteries sunlight 12volt140 ah
I put already fuse for mppt and inverter.
Must I put fuse before batteries to victron switch 275 ah? What kind of fuse an hour many ampere?

The battery fuse is the most important fuse. You should definitly have one in your system.
Place it as close as possible to the positive terminal of the battery. Just in between the battery terminal and the battery switch.
The fuse amperage is depended on your load and cables. I assume, the inverter with 1200W @ 24V is the biggest load? Then the fuse should be e.g. a 60A Megafuse.
