Using BMV712 relay to control DC/DC cooling fan?

Starting a DC update of our 27' sailboat. Part of the install is an Orion TR Smart 12/12 18 charger and the BMV712 monitor. There will be a single starting battery charged via the alternator. While on shore power, the starter battery will remain on a NOCO 10A charger/tender. The single house bank battery is a LifePo4 100AH style, charged only via the Orion.

The Orion is to be mounted vertically, but in a rather small volume with approximately 8-10cm clearance top and bottom. As there is good clearance behind, there will be a 120mm hole in the mounting board behind the Orion with a similar sized PC cooling fan for either extracting or pushing air onto the Orion's heatsink.

Here's the question: Using the 712's relay, I would like to power the cooling fan, but only while the Orion is bulk charging the house battery. Looking through the relay control settings of the manual, I'm not certain that I can accomplish this as easily as I had hoped.

Wondering if there's any recommendations on how to best approach this goal with what I have?
