MPPT not turning on

I have 3 x Renogy 50w panels in series. I tested each panel and they show 22.5v and 2.6 amps. After I connected all three I show 67v and 2.6 amps. I then tested after the breaker before my 100/50 MPPT and it shows the same 67v and 2.6 amps. I also tested at the wires just before they go into the MPPT, same results. When I hook solar up to the MPPT it will not turn on. I'm off shore power right now and my battery bank is 13.3v so I'm way over the 5v above my battery bank to start the MPPT.

I have tried to cover the panels, turn off the breaker and remove the PV positive. Let it sit for 2 minutes before connecting back up and uncovering the panels. Still nothing. I have now tried 3 different 100/50's and 1 of my 150/70's. All have the same result.

@Cheyne

Are the mppt updated and programmed?

Do the mppts give a reason why they are off? You can see it in victron connect.

Are you sure polarity is correct?
