Cerbo scan at 0%

Just added a VM-3P75CT to this Cerbo. Downloaded and installed v.3.40, scanned modbus for the energy meter, the "Scanning" meter stays at zero. What gives? Installed RJ45 cable and resistors, wired per instructions.
