Battery Balancer broken?

I'm running 2 Battleborn (LifePo4) in series for a 24v system.

Two days ago the Victron Battery Balancer set an alarm saying, "High voltage on lower battery".

Hitting the reset button on the Balancer cancels the alarm with the "High voltage on lower battery" remains.

A voltmeter and the BMV-712 says there's no imbalance.

Yes, the Balancer wiring connections are correct and haven't been changed in 7 months.

Any idea?

Maybe a broken Balancer?

how often and how long is your setup fully charged?

every balancing needs time and high SoC
