Remote console triangle via browser Enter a new one on the device.

Hi,

today I made a restore to a previous version 3.33 to check a behavior on my side. After the check I updated to 3.34 again.

When I now try to connect via browser (check with MS Edge + Google Chrome). Both are showing me a screen like this attached. Browser cache isn't the issue here. Tested with other clients as well.

When I'm connecting via VRM, the view is ok. I had a look on older issues and all of them are solved via a new version - but right now, there is no newer version available.

Any ideas how to fix that?

Same problem over here, didn't touch the software. It just happened this morming

I have it working again. /var/www/venus/stylingstyles.css was changed to 600. Changed it back to 644 and it's OK again.

Build a new Raspberry Pi4 latest firmware and everything looked OK. After reboot, the same problem occurred

Changed to the beta, but still had the same problem. Locally the remote console is unable, the remote console through VRM works perfectly. I'm lost

Fixed. Update SetupHelper to v8.8 is needed.

For fastest response to issues like this, it's best to post an issue to the GitHub repo for the package. I get email notifications of these and may not see posts on this forum.

When posting here, it is also critical to indicate that you are running third party modifications to your system (GuiMods in this case) so that Victron does not devote resources to investigating a problem that isn't in their code!

Hi, I totally agree, that this should be posted on Github. In my special case, I have installed GUIMods before I've downgraded to 3.33 and later on upgraded to 3.34. So I didn't realize, that my issue was related to GUImods.

I also had a look on it, if there is an update available so far. Next time I'll check that first.

Nevertheless I think it's good to have an entry here in the Victron forum, that also others can see and search for it.
