Smart BatteryProtect 12/24 V 65 A Relay output

Hi All,

i have a SBP which i am trying to use with 3 separate 50a outputs, on a 200ah lithium, using the below fuse block.

pxl-20240714-1221559411.jpg

i have the SBP connected on the first output, and will have 2 x 70a relays on the other 2,

i was hoping to use relay mode, but when i check the voltage, i only get 4v when the relay output is activated.

SBP settings are Preset 8, Mode B, Operation Normal, Alarm output Relay.

as per the documentation i have the positive for the relay connected to the IN pole, and the negative connected to relay output, this gives 0v when everything is fine, but only 4v when alarmed,Is this correct? i was expecting at least 12v across the relay.
