About 2 days ago I updated the SmartSolar 100/20 charger to version 1.64 and since then charging hasn't worked. For some reason, the MPPT refuses to do bulk charging. I tried manually to downgrade to a previous version the firmware to version 1.61 but the program didn't accept the update manually, so i don't know how to solve the problem.
Can someone help me to solve this issue?

Your solarvoltage is to low to start charging.
To start charging the solar voltage should be battery voltage plus 5v.
After an update and you experience problems its sometime helps to disconect the charge controller and connect it again, both from solar and battery.
The problem is that the voltage is always the same it doesn’t move from 12,0000 to 13,000, yesterday night i tried to disconnect the battery from the solar charger but it doesn’t change…now i will try also to disconnect the solar panel from the smartsolar to see if it works or not…but i think it depends on the firmware, because if you can see from the hystorical data it stopped working after the upgrade of the firmware
Something has changed. The controller dont see enought voltage to start charging. Try confirming with a multimeter that the voltage the controller measure is the same you can measure with the multimeter. Your solar panel could be faulty.
The solar panel is new, i bought it one month ago…and it is very strange that stopped working after the upgrade of the firmware…
Is there some way to downgrade the firmware? I downloaded the 1,61 but the app doesn’t accep the file…could you give me instruction to downgrade the firmware?
I have not tryed to Downgrade a mppt controller so cant help you there, but try seeking downgrading mppt firmware. To be sure you should realy measure your solar panel. I have tryed 2 new solar panels that failed after a month with a few days between.
