I see the MPPT has places for two solar panels to connect directly to the unit. I have two 45.1 Amp 405 W solar can I connect them individually into this one unit? Not in parallel or series just simply connecting directly to the MPPT?

I assume you mean the 150/60 MC4 model with a pair of MC4 connectors. These are wired internally in parallel. You can wire your panels to the connectors separately if you wish AS LONG AS your panel voltages are suitable for your battery voltage.
The panel spec you give, 45.1A does not make sense, I assume you mean they are 45.1V and about 9A. If your battery bank is 12V or 24V then you can wire the panels separately. If your battery bank is 48V tjen you need to wire the panels in series so the combined panel voltage is higher than the battery voltage.
Thanks for the help.
Here are pictures of my MMPT and one of my Solar panels so you can see the full specs. VOC 45.1 v 11.43 A
