custom name nmea tanks

I have found where there is an option for custom name in the Ekrano gx. Settings -- Services -- VE Can Port -- Devices -- Tank Sender Adaptor. However, when I type in a custom name and tap the check it does not save the settings. I am using firmware version 3.33 can any one help.?

Hi @Rona, most likely your tank senders do not support setting the name through N2K. What model tank senders do you have?
