i've installed it September 2023 - worked fine till last week. now i noticed the followings:
- bulk charging is verying from 3 to 10A (before was >20A)
- absortion is around 5A
- float starting earlier than in should (13.1V instead of 13.5V as per my settings and as per battery manual - i've got Renogy 200ah Lithium)
what could have changed? i read different possibilities: damaged wiring, some connections got loose, battery is damaged?
Your first check is your wiring, check all connections are tight, all cable terminals are still crimped tight, any breakers, isolator ur fuses are fine. Something loose or not working will be a variable resistance. Ideally you should have a digital multimeter so you can measure the voltage at the battery terminals and at the MPPT terminals and check for voltage drop along your wiring.
