Multiplus II goes into absorbtion at 53.5V..?

My ESS with Multiplus II and 48v LiFePo4-batteries (16S2P with 123BMS) has been running great over a year now. But suddenly it only charges to around 60-65% and I notice its in absorbtion mode at 53.56V although absorbtion voltage in Multiplus is set to 56.8V

All firmware and assistants (MPII,Cerbo GX, BMS) are all the latest (official, no beta versions).

Higest - lowest cell diff is around 0,03-0,010V (30-100 mV depending on SoC).

I have checked all physical connections so they are tight etc.

Is this a balancing issue, or what else could I try or check?

Ok, I had one cell that was out of balance. I charged each cell individually to 3.65V and one cell took much more charge before reaching 3.65V than the rest. Now it seems to work again.
