How can i prevent of over voltage my system with a balmar regulator when the batteries are full.

At a balmar installation if i conect the regulator with a cyrix it will not come ON and if i connect the battery sense at the battery it will over voltage when the BMS cuts OFF .How can i solve this problem?
I think you need to solve your BMS issue first as the balmar maybe overcharging the batteries.
take the cyrix out of the equation and get it all working correctly then put the cyrix back in
