How to transfer Installation data from one VRM site to another

hello


i had to create a second VRM installations, i am looking to transfer that data from between them


Any documentations on this?

Hello @Fenix

You will need to connect the new GX device to the internet, and register it. Take note of the VRM Portal id.

Then open the old site on VRM, and go to Settings -> General.

There is an option there Replace the GX device of this installation.

This will explain the steps of the procedure.

Hi

I'd like to wipe an old installation as I think it must be corrupted. Cant find anybody to help . So If I take the same GX and create a new installation can i then replace the old one with the new one and then just add back all the devices
