Solar Wiring for Victron Energy EasySolar 12V 1600VA/70A (16) MPPT 100/50

This easy solar device comes with 3 pairs of solar panel connectors, but I'm struggling to understand why.

I'm planning on putting this device into a motorhome with 3x200w 12V solar panels.

the MPTT 100/50 in the easy solar is rated to 700W. My plan is to wire all three panels in series to achieve a voltage around 45V, 13amps max, and 600w.

With this easy solar being 700w maximum you could only connect one panel to each point, but then what happens inside the easy solar... are they controlled by separate MPPT controllers to maximise output, is it 700W per connection, are they series or parallel inside the easy solar.

It makes sense if you are going to exceed the current rating of the connector but is this possible with a 700w limit?

Any help with understanding this is appreciated.

It's a single tracker. The inputs are paralleled. Since not everyone is putting all their panels in series, but may instead prefer to put them in parallel, or create a series/parallel configuration, provision of 3 connection points is simply a courtesy - you're not obligated to use all 3 inputs.

The solar section of the installation manual starts around page 22 or 23 if I recall correctly: https://www.victronenergy.com/upload/documents/Manual-EasySolar-1600-EN-NL-FR-DE-ES-IT.pdf
