Hi , I wanted to ask you a query regarding the safety certifications requirements for batteries, because they are to be used in sites where temperature is above 45 degree centigrade etc, is there any certification for BMS as it connects/disconnects when thresholds are breached.
Victron battery certification standards are listed on the datasheet.
Operating temperatures are -20°C to +50°C (stated on the datasheet), usually for lithium high temps just shorten life span and cycles. So not sure exactly what you are wanting?

There is a lot you can do to keep a battery compartment cool anyway. So maybe in your design research that some more.
