Consumption not shown on VRM or accounted in battery current.

Good morning,
I have a cerbo GX (old variant) connected to 4 * MPPTs (2 USB VE Direct, 2 VE Direct) and an RS 48/6000 connected on VE-Bus.

All devices show as connected and I can see the data in the Advanced panel on the VRM, however, the consumption block does not show on the VRM and the total battery current only accounts for the MPPTs.

Any idea on how I improve this?

To make things harder the installation is 6000 miles away and I only have remote access!
