Try deleting both entries and reboot VenusOS from it's internal command. That should pick up the correct one and put it back.

That worked, it seems to come back from time to time, correct is [291].

I did a firmware upgrade that spanned nearly 6 years. It all appeared to work.. I am wondering if the glitch is due to that though..
