MultiPlus-II 12/3000/120-50 120V on shore power in "Charger only"

When I'm plugged into shore power and the inverter is in charger only I'm still getting AC power in all the plugs in my RV, Is this normal or is it a setting or wired wrong?

This is normal. The only way to cut power to the circuits is to turn the multi off or switch the breakers.
