Color Control GX firmware update

Does anyone know why on VRM when I am checking for firmware updates I am only seeing the inverters but if I go on the remote console then firmware then online update I can see an update for my Color Control GX. Was I not supposed to see it on VRM? Does it imply that perhaps we should not update the Color Control GX to that version as it is an old GX device.

Hi @Bertcy

There's something wrong there, nothing sinister though. Try a reboot of the GX, it might sort itself. This is what it should look something like..

That 1342 message is because of an old CCGX, yours ain't so old..

I will be heading there tomorrow, and update the parallel victron system.

I will also reboot the color control GX and see if an update appears on VRM.

If not I will update that color control GX, firmware update is available on the GX itself; then see if it appears on VRM (up to date).
