New install, Cerbo is connected to a verified working wifi network but is not online according to the VRM account. When first connect, the Cerbo was available online via VRM but not longer. Pressed the reset button, power off for 2 minutes then on and multiple reboots but still not available online via VRM.
Is the system/cerbo visible and operating in the local network via remote console?
Have you tried reconnecting the Cerbo to the wifi network?
What is the status of your internet connection under Wifi or Ethernet for wired internet
