why do I have a voltage on the quattro 3000 with "ac 2 in" when shorepower is connected to "ac1 in"? There are no assistants or relay enabled.
There are 230V on the AC IN2. Does anybody knows why?
This should not be normally the case. when AC 1 is in use, AC 2 should be disconnected. See below internal wiring diagram of the Quattro.
Test to be done by licensed electrician:
Test by disconnecting the ACin-2 wires and all the AC out wires. Turn ACin-1 on, wait until the Quattro starts charging and then test the ACin-2 terminal. If a mains voltage is measured on the ACin-2 terminal then please get in touch with your Victron distributor for further advice.
