I have an MPPT 75/15 and it didn’t come with any screws to mount it. Does anyone know what kind of screws I need to mount it properly?

I'm a little confused by the question - obviously what screws you'd need depend on what you're mounting it to.
That said, #6 screws fit well through the holes, and I'd recommend pan head or flanged rather than bugle head so you minimize the chance of overtightening and cracking the controller's mounting holes. Beyond that though, the length and type of screw depends on the thickness and type of your material.
