Wondering why the online data is always around 8 hours behind and not up to date in either the app or on the webpage. For a few months, the website had live data and the app was about 8 hours behind... now neither have live data.

Wondering why the online data is always around 8 hours behind and not up to date in either the app or on the webpage. For a few months, the website had live data and the app was about 8 hours behind... now neither have live data.
That is interesting. Mine is often only a few minutes behind but is set to update every minute or so. I did have an issue with internet connection dropping out and no updates coming in, but setting my colour control to reboot if it lost its internet connection has helped.
Please check and confirm that the time zone configuration is correct on all devices.
