I have two 15kVA Quattros on a two phase grid supply running ESS and a backup generator on AC IN 1.
The generator hooks up and stays hooked up but the system repeatedly goes into Pass Thru and ceases to charge on one or the other phase or both.
I've read everything I can find in the MuliPlus Generator FAQ, LOM information, tried different ESS modes and setting but can't seem to solve it.
I've run the Quattros on various different grid codes.
I removed the ESS assistant and can get the generator to hook up and charge properly with the NZ 4777 grid code in, with LOM turned on or off.
This question seems to have been asked several times but I can't find the answers in the FAQ.
Any help greatly appreciated.
