I have a 500A shunt and using it original ve direct cable which is fixed to RI running venus os. The shunts state of charge when battery SOC is reducing sometimes the shunt stops showing the SOC. it doesn't always happen but some times.

Usually that means it is in an un synchronized state.
Did it loose power at any point before it does this?
