Battery never charging

Hello my battery never charging even though energy is exported. And even after I press Charge to 100% on my Multiplus nothing happens.

Battery never charging always about 1% of SOC. In notifications I see only Battery Low alarm from Multiplus. Where did I miss something?

Looks like no communication between battery and gx device, what battery are you using and how is it connected?
