Unable do discharge batteries

Hello, i have battery storage system. BYD batteries, 6 x Quatro 15kW and Cerbo GX.
I am controlling system via modbus TCP. It all works, but yesterday it stopped following discharge command. I am using "Grid power setpoint" to command charging/discharging. It is charging fine, refuse to discharge.
Max discharge power is set to 90 000, grid limiting status is 0...ESS relay is OK... so I donť see any reason, why is not working...I am starting to be desperate.

Thank you for your answer. Do you mena remote console> Menu > Settings > General > Restart ? I have already tried that a couple times. Is there any other restart option?

ALso...min SoC is 40% and my SoC is currently 68%..so that yhould be ok.The only think I can think of is to charge to 100%, in order to balance everthynk and then try to discharge....
