Hi for 6v trojan flat plate flooded led acid batteries wired in series/ parallel what algorithm setting do I need to choose. What would be the reccomended maximum absorption time and would you set it to automatic equalization or do it manually and if so how often. Thanks
Hi,
Trojans T105 and T105RE's are charged at:
1) Charge amps: Max 13% of bank ah so if the bank is a 225ah bank then 29amps the max charge.
2) Bulk Charge: 14.82v for 12v
3) Float voltage: 13.5v
4) Equalization: 16.2v - every 4 weeks or 3 months depending on use - manual or auto.
5) Absorption volts: 14.7 with max absorption time of 4 hours.
Use Battery Life algorithm.

Sorry jaco I forgot to mention that there will be 6 x 105 flooded led acid trojans giving a total bank of 675 amps. Wired for a 12v system
