I am trying to get the Victron Connect Application to configure my Multiplus 12v 3000a inverter. with USB connection. When I go to download the application it gives me to choice to open, but when I click open it always comes up with a window saying "Victron Connect quit unexpectedly, click reopen to to reopen the application. a report will be sent to Apple. it opened the very first time, but now will not.
