Raspberry pi won't add to the VRM portal

I have attempted to add my newly built Pi to the VRM portal close to 10 times and it never shows up. I've verified I'm entering the VRM ID correctly each time.

The Pi shows it's communicating with the VRM server, I've run out of ideas unless the administrators haven't approved any of my requests.
