I’m trying to set-up an Orion TR Smart DC/DC (12/12-18A). I’ve applied 14.8V from alternator/starting battery to Orion input ports. L-H connection is open, output leads disconnected, per manual. Victron app shows “no devices” found. Both LEDs (Bluetooth &i on/off) are dark. Am I doing something wrong or is the device defective?
