I have two Phoenix 12/3000 inverters connected to each other on the ve.bus and set to work in multi-phase. Operationally, they are working great. The issue I am having is with the remote on/off. The documentation says a simple mechanical break of the H/L contact will disable the inverters. I have two switches and when I turn them both off, the inverters appear to turn off, but about 15 seconds later they turn on for about 15 seconds and then off. This cycle repeats continuously. If I only turn off the master unit remote switch, both units show sync errors. When I use Victron connect I don't see any useful options, however turning them off in the software, does work as expected. Do I need to wire the remote switches differently due to multi-phase operation?
