I've installed a VM-3P75CT meter into my fuse box hoping that I can set CT1 to monitor the grid connection and CT2 to monitor my legacy solar PV.
Unfortunately, it seems like the meter can only be set to monitor a single phase on CT1 or 3 phases together on all the clamps. At the same time the meter perfectly provides readings of the individual clamps, so this seems to be a pure software limitation.
I've tried to ask Victron support and they confirmed that.
It's extremely inconvenient that just one meter is not enough for a typical setup, there are competing products, like MyEnergi Harvi, which do support assigning different roles to individual clamps and it makes the setups easier, more compact and cheaper.
I'm wondering if it might be possible to somehow communicate this feature request to Victron.
