The VRM panel shows the firmware version of my MultiPlus as 154 - too old to use Victron Connect, etc. To select the right version of the firmware, I need a 7-digit firmware version - how can I find it? TIA

Also take a look at Victron Professional:
Matthias: thank You. I think I have located the 7 digit HEX firmware version: 2509154. It is on a separate sticker inside, on the Multi motherboard. The only remaining ? is that the VRM portal shows my Product Id as 2609, which would lead to the firmware # 2609154 (vs. 2509154 that is on the sticker). Is this difference significant, and if so - which is the true value? TIA
Only 19/20 (very old) or 26/27 (current versions).
19/26 = 230V
20/27 = 120V
You're right, of course. The label was hard to read correctly. It's 2609154.HEX after all. I am all set. Thanks!
