No power Multiplus 5000 48 volt

Multi 5000 suddenly stopped working, low battery light is on but batteries are over 50 volts. Fuses seem ok Anything else I should check?

Guessing 50v isn't a cut off in any of your settings? I'm not so familiar with BMS controlled systems but is yours BMS controlled?

Any clues in gx device notifications or VRM alarms?
