Deleted an Installation, now I cannot add Cerbo to new site

Hi all,

I recently moved my Cerbo from my RV to my house and decided I wanted to start fresh. I deleted the installation and went to add it via the VRM Portal ID and it is saying that the admin on the account has been notified and once it is approved it will be added. I am the admin, I only have one account and I am not receiving the emails. Any idea what I should do?

Are you using the same vrm login/account as before?

I did the same thing deleted the installation as I sold the cerbo but when the new owner tried to add to his VRM account it just came up with error VRM Portal ID or IMEI could not be found

I had powered the cerbo down when I deleted it and still powered down when trying to add, as the new owner has now gone home I guess that powering it up and connecting it to the internet may have got it working.

Being trying to find the procedure when you sell a used cerbo just thought you would delete the installation removing all devices and then adding to a different vrm account not much info out there on how to that any got any thoughts

A GX device always have to be online at last once.

That's for brand new units and after deleting it from the VRM portal. There should have been a warning about that.
