Phoenix Multi Control and Multiplus 24/3000/70/16

I have a Multiplus 24/3000/70/16 inverter charger which I have updated to firmware 159. It has the old smaller microprocessor.


I have a pheonix multi control with the analogue amp limit control. Picture attached.


Should it work. When I attach it the inverter just turns itself off and wont operate unless I disconnect it. None of the lights on the control light up.
