Connect device to load output

I have a Cel-fi mobile booster that runs off 12v.

Can I connect something like this directly to the load output of a MPPT 75/15 or will the voltage changes affect it? Is it better to use a 12v to 12v regulator?

Check with them what the input voltage range is. It should be in the manual or on the product. Load output is at battery voltage, so could be over 14V.
