VE.Bus device numbers on MQTT

When I subscribe to Venus' MQTT topics I saw the inverter appearing under topics like

N/<Portal ID>/vebus/276/... or

N/<Portal ID>/vebus/275/...

Full example:

N/<Portal ID>/vebus/275/Devices/0/Ac/Out/P{
  "value": 12
}

What do those numbers mean? I couldn't find the documentation for that.

Are the numbers fixed and the same for all models or might they change over time?

It's just a "unique identifier" for the device. (a "surrogate id")

It is intended to be unique and stay the same for the very same device. However, in the past there have been bugs with device ids changing after a reboot. But this only affected VenusOS on Raspberry IIRC. Dunno if it's already fixed, tho.
