My boat is fitted with a Quattro and a galvonic isolator. The problem I have is that I can go to some marinas and everything is fine and then at others the breakers just trip after 20 minutes. I can them imediatly re-set the breaker and it works. Turning down the current limiter to 10A or less does not fix the problem. I never have this problem with 32A shore-power connections it seems to only happen on 16A connections.
I have tried to isolate the problem but switching things off. Even if I turn off the 240V circuit it will still trip the breaker after a period. Obviously there must be a tiny current leaking somewhere wi=hich affects some breakers but not others.
Any suggestions where to look?
