I recently purchased the new VM-3P75CT energy meter for my boat. I am using it for a split phase installation which Victron is preparing a firmware update for so in the meantime I have it connected as a 3 phase install.
It works on remote console and VRM. But the other thing that I bought it for was to have better integration on the MFD app. But the MFD app still shows shore power unplugged and also doesn’t show any AC load. From further reading of Victron material I believe I know why (I don’t have a multi or Quattro) but I’m still hopeful that I can make it work on the html app.
From what I have read I need to get the data to d bus? And looks like there may be several ways to do that. I have some coding experience but very little with python. Looking for advice on the easiest way to accomplish this and some pointers to a script that could me start would be greatly appreciated.
