Is there anyway to see total yield after battery is full? I’d like to know what my solar potential is after my battery is at capacity.

No. Once your battery is full, your mppt will throttle down energy input to keep your battery at near full.
To get data on your PV array potential, you wold have to keep the mppt and battery in Bulk charging phase.
Not really a thing given the variability of solar PV input.
