connection to two inverters

I have a RV with six 200ah batteries with two Outback inverters. I want to install a BMV monitor. Should the shunt go between one or both inverters and the battery connection bar?

Both - battery negative busbar ONLY on one side of the shunt and ALL loads and charge sources on the other side of the shunt.
