Is it possible to connect Victron Cerbo GX without VE-direct and only with Bluetooth now?
I got a BM-712 and some other devices to connect.

No.
It is for wired use only. Bluetooth is only supported to configure the cerbo at initial setup, or, to connect to some IOT devices, like Ruuvi etc.
Bluetooth is not considered sufficiently stable for interconnecting systems at any scale.
Its capabilities and limitations are quite well documented in the manual.
