Scroll bar flickers on and off randomly and quickly:
Chrome 122.0.6261.129 and 123.0.6312.59
Zooming to below 100% makes it permanently absent.
Zooming to 110% makes it permanently present.
Zooming to above 110% collapses the side menu and displays hamburger icon.
This has been reported previously, have you tried a decent browser instead? ;)
