Victron mppt 250/85 still staying in off mode ?

Hi I’ve had a multiplus ii 5000 system installed last year with 2x us5000 pylontech batteries working fine with ESS , today a installed my solar panels 10 x longi 425w 2 strings of 5 both strings tested with multimeter at the mc4 connectors and have 187v on both strings but my mppt still says 0v and remains in off position ? Is there any settings I need to change for it to turn on , there is only the blue bulk led flashing

If you have 0V PV, then something is off in your PV wiring.

I would carefully check that and use a meter to verify it is ok.

It's state is "on" because it is being powered by the battery.

Check any fuses and switching in the path.
